Golden Churn Creamery Butter Tidak Halal

*Kenyataan Media semalam* Rujuk [SiNi]

* Huhh.. Tapi dah lama kot tak buat biskut makmur lagi..

Golden Churn Certified Halal Butter
It has been brought to my attention that there are false claims about our Golden Churn Certified Halal Butter brand originating from West Malaysia.

I can reassure all our valued customers and consumers that both Ballantyne factories in Australia & New Zealand are Certified Halal by Halal certification authorities for all our butter brands we produce and distribute.

It is important to understand that each delivery of butter out of Australia and New Zealand carries mandatory quality standards from relevant Government Food Authorities including Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, (AQIS) and the New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) in additional to strict Halal certification requirements. We confirm that our Golden Churn butter complies with the requirements of these authorities.

Ballantyne only use high quality milk to make cream that is churned into butter. Ingredients are, Cows Milk, Milk solids (non fat), Moisture and 1.5-2% salt. No other additions, colours or preservatives are permitted. We are seeking legal advice to put an end to these false claims.

I wish to again reassure our loyal customers that these claims are false and our products are of the highest quality and Certified Halal.
